Adult Cerambycid (sub-family Prioninae) beetles are non-feeders. The present study aims to investigate and evaluate the gastrointestinal microbiota in long horn beetle Prionomma (Ancyloprotus) bigibbosum White (1853) (Coleoptera: Crambycidae: Prioninae: Prionini) gut.
